Introduction

What Is Declarative Webhooks?

Declarative Webhooks is an AppExchange product with a declarative integration builder native to the Salesforce platform.

This app allows you to declaratively build integrations with most REST integrations that use JSON or x-www-form-urlencoded calls. Further, you can execute integrations through process builder, flow, buttons, scheduled batches or apex.

What Does Declarative Webhooks Do?

If you are familiar with the concept of webhooks, this app allows you to make calls to third-party systems within Salesforce, as well as receive calls from other third-party systems.

How Does Declarative Webhooks Work?

The Declarative Webhooks application enables you to make callouts to external systems within Salesforce by providing you with easy callout template set-up and quick implementation options.

It also enables you to define endpoints where external systems can send messages to and define actions to take based on these calls.

Do I need a license to use Declarative Webhooks?

The application is free to install and use for an unlimited time in a Salesforce sandbox.

When you install Declarative Webhooks in a Salesforce production org or developer org, there is a 1 month trial, after which you need to purchase a license to continue to use the application.

You can Install Declarative Webhooks here or Purchase a License here!
