Viewing call logs on a record page
If you want to display a related list showing all the logs associated with a specific record, you can add the View Record Call Logs component to your Lightning Record Page.
To do this, open any record of your choice and click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select Edit Page. This will open the Lightning App Builder.
In the Lightning App Builder, search for the component named Declarative Webhooks: View Record Call Logs under the Custom – Managed section.
Drag and drop this component into your desired location on the page layout.
Once placed, click on the component to configure which call log details you want to display.
That’s it! Just make sure to Save and Activate the page. When you return to the record, the call logs related to that record will be visible in the location you selected.
